Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

It was easy to use and did want i needed to do. However, we starting I selected monthly only to discover it is charging me annually after registering. I didn't like that. Kind of expensive at that rate.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.
I am very satisfied with the outcome & would recommend pdfFiller to everyone as their customer support is top notch.
