Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER
I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed.
Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. I was perplexed when my money was…
I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Kara to the rescue
I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

How are leases made?
A lease of immovable property from year to year, or for any term exceeding one year or reserving a yearly rent, can be made only by a registered instrument. How is leasing different from renting?
The difference between lease and rent is that a lease generally lasts for 12 months while a rental agreement generally lasts for 30 days.
