To label an envelope correctly, start by writing the return address which is your addressing the upper left corner. Next, write the first and last name of the person you're sending the letter to in the center of the envelope. If you're sending the letter to a business, you can write the business name instead.
Start with your full name. Write your street address on the next line. If you need, it's okay to use two lines. Follow that line with the city, state and ZIP code of your address.
To address an envelope in care of someone else, write the name of the intended recipient on the front of the envelope. Below that, write C/O, which stands for “Care Of,” a colon, and then the name and mailing address of the person or company responsible for passing the letter on.
Write the return address in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope or if you'd like you can place it on the back flap of the envelope. Write the letter recipient's address on the front of the envelope in the center using the correct titles above.
Start the letter with 'To Whom it may Concern'. Address the letter to 'Head of Customer Service' at the company address, then use 'Dear Sir'. Google the name of the person who heads that department, and use their name.
You would get to them by going to Windows Start Button, select All Programs, and select Accessories. When the list expands you can select Notepad or Word pad to write your letter. Then you can print using Print option. You must have already added your printer.
On your Android phone or tablet, open any app that you can type in, like Gmail or Keep. Tap where you can enter text. Touch and hold Globe. Select a handwriting keyboard, like English (US) Handwriting. With a finger or stylus, handwrite words on the keyboard to enter text.
