Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. As a military veteran, I am constantly filling out standard forms for military, the veterans administration, etc., so this is a great way to fill out a form neatly, and methodically, instead in my own hand writing. I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

Initially I had problems being unable to access the latest addition of the forms that I needed. I finally succeeded with help guidance from the system.

I want to acknowledge the amazing Customer service you have here. How he handled well my concerns. And thank you because I accidentally activated 2 account under my two emails.. CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.

What do you like best?
I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs
