some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

The program is very user friendly. Would like the opportunity to test more documents before sending to clients, so I can see what they are seeing when they receive notification to sign.

Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.
