9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level. Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

The control chart is a graph used to study how a process changes over time. Data are plotted in time order. A control chart always has a central line for the average, an upper line for the upper control limit, and a lower line for the lower control limit. ... Control charts for attribute data are used singly.
A quality control chart is a graphic that depicts whether sampled products or processes are meeting their intended specifications and, if not, the degree by which they vary from those specifications. When each chart analyzes a specific attribute of the product it is called a univariate chart.
A control chart is used to monitor a process variable over time. ... That process variable can be plotted on a control chart over time. The objective of the control chart is to find any “special” causes of variation as well as to reflect the process improvements that have been made.
How To Use Control Charts To Improve Manufacturing Quality. ... The main purpose of control charts is to help determine if a process is stable and in-control, or unstable and out-of-control. When a process is stable, or in control, this means that it is predictable and affected only by normal random causes of variation.
Quality control is a process intended to ensure that product quality or performed service adheres to a defined set of criteria or meets the requirements of the client. Through the quality control process, the product quality will be maintained, and the manufacturing defects will be examined and refined.
A control chart is used to monitor a process variable over time. ... That process variable can be plotted on a control chart over time. The objective of the control chart is to find any “special” causes of variation as well as to reflect the process improvements that have been made.
Variables control charts are used to evaluate variation in a process where the measurement is a variable--i.e. the variable can be measured on a continuous scale (e.g. height, weight, length, concentration).
Control chart is one of the seven tools of quality control. It was invented by a worker in Bell labs to enhance the reliability and reduce the variations in manufacturing process.
Control limits, also known as natural process limits, are horizontal lines drawn on a statistical process control chart, usually at a distance of ±3 standard deviations of the plotted statistic from the statistic's mean.
Estimating the standard deviation,, of the sample data. Multiplying that number by three. Adding (3 x to the average) for the UCL and subtracting (3 x from the average) for the LCL.
