What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

EAR99 items generally consist of less sensitive consumer goods and do not require a license in most situations. However, if you plan to export an EAR99 item to an embargoed country, to an end user of concern or in support of a prohibited end use, you may be required to obtain a license.
EAR99 is a classification for an item. It indicates that a particular item is subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), but not specifically described by an Export Control Classification Number (ECCL) on the Commerce Control List (CCL).
An Export Control Classification Number (ECCL) is an alphanumeric designation (e.g., 1A984 or 4A001) used in the Commerce Control List (CCL) to identify items for export control purposes.
Except as set forth in part 760 of this title, information that is not within the scope of the definition of technology (see § 772.1 of the EAR) is not subject to the EAR. ... For ease of reference and classification purposes, items subject to the EAR which are not listed on the CCL are designated as EAR99.
BIS defines an ECCL as a five-digit alphanumeric designation (i.e., 1A984 or 4A001) used in the CCL to identify items for export control purposes. An ECCL categorizes items based on the nature of the product, i.e. type of commodity, technology or software and its respective technical parameters.
EAR99 is a classification designation for an item that is subject to the EAR but not specifically described by an ECCL on the CCL. ... NLR may be used for either EAR99 items or items on the CCL that do not require a license for their destination, end use and end users.
EAR99 items generally consist of low-technology consumer goods and do not require a license in most situations. However, if your proposed export of an EAR99 item is to an embargoed country, to an end-user of concern, or in support of a prohibited end-use, you may be required to obtain a license.
Per BIS regulations, if the foreign-made item incorporates more than the de minimis level of U.S.-origin items (more than 25% of the total value of the good), then that item is subject to the EAR. For example, imagine a European company sells a missile, and 25% of its parts are subject to export controls in the U.S.
No, You Probably Don't Need an Export License, But... ... Most goods exported from the United States don't require an export license; they're permitted to be exported under the designation NLR no license required. However, there are some select classes of merchandise that do require an export license.
Typically, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) doesn't require a license to import or export goods to and from the United States. However, other government agencies or departments or local governments may require them.
