I like the most is you can process all the documents in computer no need to print any paper, save time, save money and save our environment.
What do you dislike?
I do not like it is the soft ware does not allow to edit Chinese fonts, I wish that Chinese can be edited too. That will be greatest function.

Display your report in Design view. Select the field to which you want to apply conditional formatting. Click the Format tab. In the Control Formatting group, click the Conditional Formatting icon. Click the New Rule button.
Title. If the report is short, the front cover can include any information that you feel is necessary, such as the author(s) and the date prepared. Summary. Introduction. Body. Discussion. Conclusion. Recommendations. Appendices.
Create a Report In the Database window, click the Create Tab. In the Reports Group, click Report Design. The Design View window will display. The report will appear with the Page Header, Page Footer, and Detail section displayed.
With the report open in Design view, click the Group & Sort button in the Grouping and Totals group of the Design tab on the Ribbon. Click the Add a Group button and select a field from the Field/Expression drop-down list to add a section (grouping).
Display your report in Design view. Select the field to which you want to apply conditional formatting. Click the Format tab. In the Control Formatting group, click the Conditional Formatting icon. Click the New Rule button.
Select the cells that have conditional formatting. In the Home tab, click the Conditional Formatting command. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Clear Rules. A menu will appear. You can choose to clear rules from the Selected Cells, Entire Sheet, This Table, or This Portable.
