Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.

Wash, rinse, and dry hands thoroughly before handling contact lenses. Use soap that is free of oils, lotions, or perfumes. Dry hands with a lint-free towel. Use fingertips to handle contact lens (not fingernails and/or sharp objects like tweezers).
How do you wear soft contact lenses for beginners?
Place the lens on your index finger. With your head up, looking straight ahead, pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of your placement hand. Look up steadily at a point above you. Remove your index finger and slowly release the lower lid. Look down to position the lens properly.
How do you stop yourself from blinking when putting in contacts?
Place your pointer finger on the upper eyelid, and the side of your thumb on the lower eyelid to gently hold open your eye. This will help you avoid blinking midstream. You may need to experiment with different positions for your helper hand to become comfortable with this approach prior to putting in the contacts.
How do you take out contacts for the first time?
Remember to always remove the same lens first (right eye or left eye) to avoid confusion. Carefully slide the contact lens down to the white of your eye with the index finger of your writing hand. Gently pinch the lens with the pads of your index finger and thumb to remove it from your eye.
How do you clean your contacts?
Before handling contact lenses, wash your hands with soap and water, then rinse and dry them with a lint-free towel. During cleaning, rub your contact lenses in the palm of one hand using the fingers of the other hand. Then rinse each lens with solution before soaking them.
Do you leave contact lenses in the solution?
Reuse contact solution or leave used cleaning solution in your contact case. Contact lens solution, as a disinfectant, is pretty effective until you leave it sitting around, pooling, for days at a time. Bacteria can then overwhelm the disinfectant.
How do you store contact lenses without solution?
Use distilled water to store the lenses (much safer than tap water). However, if you're absolutely desperate, you could mix 240 ml of tap water with a teaspoon of salt. Just make sure you boil the tap water beforehand. But keep in mind: This saline solution has no cleansing effect.
Can contact lenses dissolve in solution?
Some eye products or drops are not safe for contact lens wearers. Contact lenses need to be properly disinfected after every use. They should be stored in a disinfecting solution overnight- not in saline solution. Always use commercial sterile saline solutions for rinsing your contacts or to dissolve enzyme tables.
