Go to the annoying group and then tap Info > Notification Settings. Select whether you want notifications for All Posts, Highlights, Friends' Posts, or Off entirely. You can also turn off Push Notifications for Highlights and Member Requests if it's a closed group.
Launch the Facebook app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner of the app (looks like three stacked lines). Scroll down and tap on Settings. Tap Account Settings. Tap Notifications. Tap Group posts.
To turn on notifications, click in the top right of the post and select Turn on notifications for this post. If you change your mind, select Turn off notifications for this post. Keep in mind that notifications are automatically turned on for posts you write or comment on.

Highlights: You'll get notifications for suggested posts, or posts with lots of likes and comments, as well as coworkers' posts or posts from people you follow. Off: You won't get notifications when members post. If the group is a Teams & Projects group, you'll have the option to mute the chat.
At the top of the conversation, tap the name of the conversation or the names of the people in the conversation. Tap Notifications. Tap next to Mentions, Reaction to Messages or Games Notifications, or tap Mute Conversation to mute all notifications.
Once you tap on the stacked notifications, they'll fan out to display each one. You can tap on the relevant notification to go to the app, or you can clear those multiple notifications by tapping on the X icon. Tapping Show Less” will make the notifications stack on top of each other again.
Open the Settings app and tap Notifications. Select the app you want to enable or disable group notifications for. Scroll down and tap Notification Grouping. On the Notification Grouping screen, select 'By App' to group notifications by app, or tap 'Off' to disable notification grouping.
