Good service Good service. It's more than I want to pay. I don't use it enough to justify the price. If I need these type of services again I would return to this company.

A: Create an account through the Alcohol Service Permit Portal. Fill out the application form, upload a valid copy of your state-issued ID, driver license, or passport, and pay the fee of $23 and the $5.65 portal provider fee.
Eligibility Requirements You must complete the service permit application form supplied by the LCC. You must take and pass an Alcohol Server Education class. There's a separate fee for the class, usually $25 to $40, which goes directly to the provider of the class.
If you take and pass the ASE course, it is good for two years. You can apply for a permit any time within those two years. If you submit an application to LCC first, the application is only good for 45 days. You must take and pass the course within those 45 days.
Create an Account. Pay your $18 fee. Take the course. Take the practice test. Upon completion download course completion receipt. Go to LCC's test portal to submit your application and take the test. LCC will email you when your certificate is available to print on their online portal.
To be a budtender in Oregon, you must be at least 21 years of age and obtain your LCC worker permit. You can find the step-by-step directions for getting your permit here.
Oregon law requires you to have a service permit if you work at a business with a liquor license that allows customers to drink on the premises, and you mix, serve, or sell alcohol in any manner. Managers who supervise employees who mix, serve, or sell alcohol must also have a service permit.
A LIQUOR LICENSE is needed if you or your business sells, manufactures, imports, or distributes alcohol in Oregon. An ALCOHOL SERVICE PERMIT is primarily for those who mix, serve, or sell alcohol, such as waitstaff, bartenders, or managers. Contact the local LCC office where your licensed business will be located.
An ABC event permit (also known as an ABC 218) is required whenever a licensed caterer serves alcohol at a catered event. The ABC license owner files a request and pays a fee to the ABC with the event date, location, event sponsor, hours and guest count for the specific event.
In Oregon, a bartender or alcohol seller/server is required to take a course approved by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. An approved certification course, such as the training courses offered here, will contain important information regarding the responsible sale and serving of alcohol.
