What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

The Control Personality Voucher feature is a powerful tool that allows you to easily manage and control access to your documents. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Control Personality Voucher feature by logging in to your pdfFiller account and navigating to the 'My Account' section.

Once you are in the 'My Account' section, click on the 'Control Personality Voucher' tab.

In the Control Personality Voucher tab, you will see a list of all the vouchers that have been created for your account. To create a new voucher, click on the 'Create Voucher' button.

When creating a new voucher, you will be prompted to enter a voucher name and select the document(s) you want to associate with the voucher. You can also set the expiration date and choose whether the voucher can be used multiple times or only once.

After creating the voucher, you can customize its settings further by clicking on the 'Edit' button next to the voucher name. Here, you can specify the access permissions for the voucher, such as allowing or restricting printing, editing, and downloading of the document.

To share the voucher with others, click on the 'Share' button next to the voucher name. You can choose to share the voucher via email, link, or by generating a QR code.

As the voucher owner, you have full control over the voucher's usage. You can track the usage and revoke access to the document at any time by clicking on the 'Revoke' button next to the voucher name.

To view the documents associated with a voucher, simply click on the voucher name. You will be able to see the document's details and make any necessary changes.

If you no longer need a voucher, you can delete it by clicking on the 'Delete' button next to the voucher name. Please note that deleting a voucher will permanently remove its access to the associated document(s).
