so far I like it, im just not sure the20/month is worth doing only 2 or 3 documents/month.....seems pricey to me. Maybe you should offer a per page fee.....at this point its costing me7-10.00 per page.......

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Create an Outline (Or Use an SRS Template) Start With a Purpose. Give an Overview of What You'll Build. Detail Your Specific Requirements.
Identify customer's needs. Evaluate system for feasibility. Perform economic and technical analysis. Allocate functions to system elements. Establish schedule and constraints. Create system definitions.
The results of the requirements elicitation and the analysis activities are documented in the Requirements Analysis Document (RAD). This document completely describes the system in terms of functional and nonfunctional requirements and serves as a contractual basis between the customer and the developer.
The purpose of the Requirements Analysis Phase is to transform the needs and high-level requirements specified in earlier phases into unambiguous (measurable and testable), traceable, complete, consistent, and stakeholder-approved requirements.
Requirements-based testing is a testing approach in which test cases, conditions and data are derived from requirements. It includes functional tests and also non-functional attributes such as performance, reliability or usability.
A Statement of Requirement document is a proposal to an authority, stating a business problem or an opportunity and seeking funding and approval to conduct project identification stage activities.
The most obvious purpose of the requirements' definition is to provide the information needed by the other deliverables in analysis, which include functional, structural, and behavioral models, and to support activities in the design phase.
A requirements report is a document that is produced in the early stages of a project that seeks to clarify the purpose of the system. This purpose is usually detailed in terms of what the users/participants needs are. The data inputs should be clearly identified.
