This is my first time using PDF filler, but I like the ability to work with PDF documents this program has given me so far. I would really like the ability to highlight and possibly copy the PDF over to a word or excel document. But being able to highlight and put a sticky is excellent!!!

I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe.
I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.

If you have a lot of digital documents, you should use pdfFiller
My overall experience is great! It's free and very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it for any student, teachers or professors, colleagues from work, and even for managers because during this pandemics, we all had to adapt our documents to digital format, and print them at home could be an issue for many people.
I love to use this software because it's free and it allows me to sign digital documents from anyone in my company without having to print everything, sign it all, and then scan it, and e-mail it to the recipients. It's great because it has other checkmarks so you can add little details in case you are reading a contract or a file that needs reviewing.
Positively, there are no cons for this software, as I have been using it for work and college matters, and it solves a great deal of signing important documents!

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!
