It took me a few minutes to figure out how to find you and to find the form I needed. But had no trouble after figuring out the ins and outs of what I needed to do. Thanks

Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the Zoom.us application. Host a Meeting. Click the Invite button at the bottom of the meeting window. You can share the invitation in a few different ways: Schedule a Meeting. Enter a meeting title, in the Topic field. In the When options, enter: Choose from the following options:
Anyone with a business or consumer email account, such as Outlook, Gmail, or others, can participate as a guest in Teams, with full access to team chats, meetings, and files. Only people who are outside your organization, such as partners or consultants, can be added as guests.
From Teams, click on “Meetings” on the left side menu and select “Schedule a Meeting.” Select the channel you want to meet with. Use the “Scheduling Assistant” to find a time during which everyone is available. Select how often you want the meeting to recur.
To send meeting updates to only one attendee in Microsoft Outlook, you can do as following: Step 1: Shift to the Calendar view, and open the meeting that you will send meeting update to one attendee only, and update your meeting as well. Step 2: In the Meeting window, click the To button.
Open the message. From the Response group of the Message tab, select Meeting. Enter the meeting information, enter date and start and end times, and add recipients if need be. The original message appears in your meeting invitation. Click Send to send the meeting invitation.
Send the Invitation Letter Directly in an Email Message This is by far the most common method. You include all the details of the meeting directly in an email message, and send it to the recipients. This method is much easier and works well if you are sending the invite to a few people.
