It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

The hosted forms and e-signatures are an awesome add-on
What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Super helpful
Super helpful, I am on maternity leave and this makes it easier to get paper signed and filled out to my employer. So I am able to add my newborn to my insurance.

What do you like best?
What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike?
I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of signing documents in the business I work in. With this application, instead of printing the paper, singing it, scanning it back into the computer, then exporting it where it needs to go. I can sign via text and, from there, can ship where it needs to go.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.
