Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

A perfect user-friendly PDF Editor
`*I usually don't look forward to doing PDF editing as it is usually a nightmare. Nothing lines up, missing a feature you need, doesn't save correctly, or you can't send it, etc.
This is the first PDF editor that I actually have fun with, super user-friendly, fast learning curve, yet looks professional, is feature rich [in fact it has features the others don't have], and no problems saving and sending or later editing it again down the road. I am just ending a one month free trial offer and will gladly renew it as my permanent PDF editor.

Well I am finding this to be quite convenient and plus having all types of forms, but since most things come in PDF I am loving it for my small business, I can duplicate the state tax for for each company and only fill in the "seller" info and that is so time saving! I think I am going to absolutely love this, its my first day here and already feel super pleased!

Can you transfer a deed with a lien?
