integrity I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the middle of a crisis, I signed up for this product, which I ultimately did not need, but apparently failed to cancel. They immediately refunded the annual fee without a hassle when I requested it. I so appreciate it.

Life saver It's been my go to for many different documents. All I do is full in the blanks and download Creating and editing new fillable PDF documents gave never been so easy.. I absolutely love this app. Have found nothing I dislike and it's saved me quite a few times.

Excellent Customer Support I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

Document Signing and Editing Issues I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. I don't usually leave reviews...Customer service is A+ I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.

Public comment letters relating to SEC rule making and regulatory actions are found in the Regulatory Actions section of the SEC's Website. The second type of comment letters, between SEC staff and SEC filers, are contained in the SEC's EDGAR database (see How to Search for EDGAR Correspondence).
When would a letter of comments be issued by the SEC? To request clarification of a registration statement. To convey your pertinent comments to the SEC. In response to a company's filing of Form 8-K.
A letter of comment or comment letter is a letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission that is sent to a company in response to filing its registration statement. These letters are stored in the SEC's EDGAR database, since the SEC began releasing these communications to the public after August 1, 2004.
Company Response to Comments A company generally responds to each comment in a letter to the staff and, if appropriate, amends its filing(s). A company's explanation or analysis of an issue will often resolve a comment.
The SEC filing is a financial statement or other formal document submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Public companies, certain insiders, and broker-dealers are required to make regular SEC filings. Many, but not all SEC filings are available online through the SEC's EDGAR database.
