Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form.
I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.

I was looking for this solution. I work from multiple locations and multiple computers and using other pdf softwares that only allowed me to use the software on a certain number of registered devices was not a good solution for me anymore. I would have given this 5 stars, but I am still learning to use it, and I wish it was faster. In all fairness, the the lags may have to do with the processor in the chromebook I am primarily using it on right now which may not be that fast. It was an inexpensive device so it is very possible that my device is the reason for the slow transitions and not the software.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. I have never experienced anything like this before.Thanks a lot again

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,

By default, Windows 7 associates TIF files with Windows Photo Viewer, so you can directly open and view the file. If you install another graphics program, it may change this association, but only if it also supports TIF files.

Figured out a workaround, Install Alternative for IE, then install IE Tab for Chrome, navigate to the TIFF page in chrome then click the IE tab button, wallah, you can now view USPTO TIFF pages in Chrome!
How do I convert a TIFF file to PDF?
Click UPLOAD FILES. This teal button is in the middle of the page. Select your TIFF file. Click the TIFF file that you want to convert into a PDF. Click Open. It's in the bottom-right corner of the window. Wait for the file to upload. Click DOWNLOAD.
