Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

Minimal experience. Does take the time out of huge forms to fill out - even for my kids' school. $20 a month is a lot for the convenience. I will likely cancel after my 1 month.

What do you like best?
As an attorney, I am always filling out forms and also filing documents online that need my signature. PDFfiller does all of these things with ease. It is an invaluable tool to me.
What do you dislike?
Stop changing the format. I love the way it is. Each time you make changes it slows me down as I have to learn a new way to operate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Forms are easily filled out. I can make corrections to old forms and add to text anywhere on any document.

Very easy to navigate and use. The plan is very much worth it if you plan to use and print a lot of documents. I would highly recommend using PDF filler for all of your personal and legal documents.

Excellent Customer Support
I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me.
I like PDFfiller very much.

How do you remove highlighter ink?
Take a shower. The most common place to find a highlighter stain is on your body. Give clothing, walls and carpets a good rub with plain old soap and water. Apply rubbing alcohol to the affected area. Use salt water for clothing stains. Pour a laundry pre-treatment liquid over the stain and wait 10 to 20 minutes.
How do you get dried highlighter out of clothes?
Treat the stains with rubbing alcohol. I wadded or folded a few paper towels and held them under the stain to prevent the highlighter from spreading to other parts of the fabric when I treated the stain.
