What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

I activated a trial period of pdf… I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

Excellent Customer Service I contacted the customer service team of pdfFiller when I had a problem and it was dealt with straight away. I spoke to someone called Harmhon and they were really kind and understanding. They replied to me very quickly and the problem was resolved in less than a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)
