What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to create forms and to fill out PDF forms. I also like the mobile app.

It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.
What do you dislike?
There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. Navigate to Setup, in App Setup and click on Customize. Then, select Leads >> Fields, the lead fields will get displayed in the screen. Click on Map Lead Fields button in Lead Custom Fields & Relationships section. Click on Save.
How do you map a lead conversion field?
Click icon. Click Leads under MARKETING. Click wrench icon in the top right. Click Lead Conversion Data Mapping. Click Edit button to modify existing field settings or map custom fields. Click Add Mapping button. Consequently, a new set of fields (placeholders) will be added to map custom fields.
What is lead mapping?
When you convert lead records, standard lead fields map to contact, account, person account, and opportunity fields. If you use custom fields, your admin specifies the fields that they map to in your newly created records.
When converting a lead How can an admin capture custom lead data on the converted contact?
When a Sales Administrator wants to convert a lead and capture custom lead data on the converted contact they can map custom contact leads to custom contact fields. In order to map custom leads you must go to object management settings for leads and then to the fields section from there.
