One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). What happens if you change the field type for a rich text area?
When you convert a long text area field to an Email, Phone, Text, Text Area, or URL type field, the data in your records is truncated to the first 255 characters of the field. You can only convert rich text area fields into long text area fields. Any images are deleted the next time the long text area field is saved.
How can you change field type?
Access the field's properties page. Click Change Type. (If this link does not appear on the field's properties page, then the field type cannot be changed.) From the Select a field type dropdown, choose the new field type, and then click Change Type.
What is Rich Text Area?
An online rich-text editor is the interface for editing rich text within web browsers, which presents the user with a “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” (WYSIWYG) editing area. Internet Explorer was the first to add a special “designed” which allowed formatted parts of a document to be edited by the user using a cursor.
Will data be lost in a custom field if data type is changed to number from any other data type?
Converting an auto-number field into any other data type results in data loss. You can change custom pick lists into multi-select pick lists without losing any data. Since your records only contain a single value of that pick list, that value is still selected, but users can select more values.
