I use this to do my tenant leases Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere! I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents. I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

really great program this was a very user friendly interface, no guessing what different tools do or where anything is located everything is organized and very simple but at the same im there is a lot of useful and needed options for editing the pdf, even a way to convert to other document styles and save...can share or and docs as attachment to contacts that you choose, and h\they have the option to edit and add to the doc as well. im also getting a totally free no gimmicks snags or hidden charges or fees and i mean legit its really free for real! highly recommend!!!

Change uppercase and lowercase text in Microsoft Word. Highlight all the text you want to change. Hold down the Shift key and press F3. When you hold Shift and press F3, the text toggles from proper case (first-letter uppercase and the rest lowercase), to all uppercase (all capital letters), and then all lowercase.
Select the text for which you want to change the case. Go Home > Change case. Do one of the following: To capitalize the first letter of a sentence and leave all other letters as lowercase, click Sentence case. To exclude capital letters from your text, click lowercase.
Highlight all the text you want to change. Hold down the Shift key and press F3. When you hold Shift and press F3, the text toggles from sentence case (first-letter uppercase and the rest lowercase), to all uppercase (all capital letters), and then all lowercase.
In cell B2, type =PROPER(A2), then press Enter. This formula converts the name in cell A2 from uppercase to proper case. To convert the text to lowercase, type =LOWER(A2) instead. Use =UPPER(A2) in cases where you need to convert text to uppercase, replacing A2 with the appropriate cell reference.
Press and hold either the left or right Shift key and while continuing to hold the Shift key press the letter you want caps. Using the Shift key is the most common method of creating a capital letter on a computer.
There are multiple reasons why everything may become capitalized in Microsoft Word: The Caps Lock buttons on the keyboard is turned on. One of the Shift keys on the keyboard has physically jammed. A font type has been selected that only has upper case letters.
To capitalize the initial letter of every word is to use what's called Title Case. It's a typography style most commonly used in book and formal essay titles. If someone uses title case in all instances when writing, that person has a laughably mistaken idea of what will make his or her writing appear important.
