I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.

What is a black seal boiler license?
Black Seal High-Pressure Operator Overview: The Black Seal, High Pressure license is required for boilers over 100 hp and more than 15 pounds pressure steam. If it's a hot water heating system the boilers must be over 160 psi with a water temperature over 250° Fahrenheit.
How do I get my boiler operator license?
A qualified applicant must have 2,000 hours of operating experience or 1,000 hours of operating experience and the completion of a 125-hour course, or a high-pressure boiler operating license and 500 hours of operating experience.
