I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

What do you like best?
I am able to create and update PDF files easily. The newer/updated features are wonderful. (ie. font colors and actual fonts)

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.
