Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I love the site, I don't like all of the pop ups though! I constantly have to click out of the pop ups when opening a new form. That is my only complaint! But, all in all, I love this site and it helps me be more efficient.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

Spelling assistance
The spelling check assistance is not very effective. It is difficult to predict where the cursor must be placed for the correction suggestions to pop up.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful!
