When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

A no-nonsense PDF editor that does what it promises
PDFfiller is a straight-forward, easy to use PDF editing solution, and the greatest pro is the online drag and drop interface!
It obviously lacks the features of Bluebeam and Adobe, however if you know that going in, you won't be disappointed as it does exactly what most people need.

the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

What is the metadata of a PDF document?
The term 'metadata' literally means a set of data about data. In the case of PDF documents, metadata includes vital information about the PDF, such as the creation date, modification date, author, copyright information, subject, keywords, and more. This information is called PDF metadata components.
How do I add metadata to a PDF?
Choose the hamburger menu > Document Properties (Windows), or File > Document Properties (macOS). Select the Description tab, and type the author's name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Select Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.
Does converting to PDF remove metadata?
Printing documents to PDF format removes revision metadata but it does not remove file description metadata. PDF files retain some basic file description metadata, such as author, file name, and date, which can be minimized if the proper conversion settings are used (see page 31).
How do I extract metadata from a file?
Extracting Metadata Open the application. Select Consolidation, then Extract, and then Application Elements. In the Metadata section, from Delimiter, select the character to be used to separate the metadata in the file. Select a File Format: From Filters, select the types of metadata to extract. Click Extract.
