It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. Since this is my first time and I have never used one of these before, I am still learning. But so far am happy with it. I just wish it was easier to actually contact a human being to ask questions when I am not sure about something and so have to search and keep trying to find what I want.

It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!
