What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.

Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF, then choose File > Export. (Don't choose Export as PDF.) Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose To reduce File Size.
Open your PowerPoint slideshow and click “File” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. In the dropdown menu, click “Compress Pictures” You'll be shown a “Compression Table,” which lists all the different ways you can compress the file.
To get started with image compression, select an image inside your PowerPoint PPT file. On the ribbon, you'll see a Picture Tools > Format tab. Click on this tab, and then find the Compress Pictures option. Choose the Picture Tools > Format > Compress Pictures option to start compressing an image in PowerPoint.
Print option for the File Menu. Your PowerPoint presentation is now saved as PDF document and will have a smaller file size. Option, Save as PDF. You may also select Compress PDF, which will further decrease your file size.
Open the PowerPoint file for which you want to decrease the size. Open the “File” menu, and scroll down to “Reduce File Size.” Click the “Picture Quality” menu, and select the desired resolution. Select the “Remove Cropped Picture Regions” option if your presentation contains images you cropped.
From the File Format menu > select PDF as output format > click on Save to convert PowerPoint to high resolution PDF Mac.
