Click File Download as PDF document (. pdf).
Open your PDF. Go to Protect Tab. Click Password. Enter Password. Select the Printing allowed dropdown. Select None means to prevent printing. Select the Changes Allowed dropdown. Select None -means the highest level of protection.
In the existing file, select the slide you want. Go to File> Print. Choose the Selected Slides option. Select any other Print options as preferred. Click the PDF button. Select Save as PDF. Specify Name & Location. Click Save.
When you open the website, just select Open PDF from the left navigation menu and browse to the PDF file you want to edit. Select View from the menu, and Edit from the ribbon. Now you can edit each text or image element in the document however you wish.
In the File menu, hover your cursor over Download As. A submenu appears, revealing the document types available for export. Select the desired file type. Your Docs file is exported in the desired file type and is automatically downloaded to your Chromebook.
How to use Save or Print to create a PDF. When you edit within Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Drawings, choose File | Download | PDF Document (. pdf) to create and save a PDF version of your document (Figure A).
