I really have needed a tool like this to turn a number of internal business documents into fillable forms. Do not want to have to buy a typewriter to do the tasks PDF filler can do so easily. Without any training I have been able to do the basic functions just fine. I would be interested in furthering my skills be learning how to do more sophisticated editing or creation.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Send out paperwork for signatures and fill out paperwork online instead of printing, signing, and scanning it.

Life made easy If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form. It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at. Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

I needed to create a document and sign it in a hurry. I already own Turbo PDF, but, its confusing to use. I did a quick Google search and down loaded Pdf filler and had my doc printed in less than 10 min! It works for me.

To have a SO help you, fill out an Appointment of Veterans Service Organization as Claimant's Representative (VA Form 21-22). To have a claims agent or attorney help you, fill out an Appointment of Individual as Claimant's Representative (VA Form 21-22a).
The average annual salary of a veteran services officer was $56,000 as of 2014, according to the job site Simply Hired. The minimum requirements for this job are typically a bachelor's degree in public or business administration and one or more years of experience in veterans services.
To be an accredited VA representative, individuals must pass an exam, submit to a background check, and take continuing education courses. These recognized organizations and individuals can legally represent you before the VA.
Accreditation: Accreditation means the authority granted by VA to assist claimants in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for benefits. VA regulations require that accredited agents and attorneys certify in writing to VA's Office of the General Counsel that they have completed qualifying CLE.
Anyone other than an attorney or a service officer with a VA recognized service organization must apply for accreditation authority as an “accredited agent.” The process is free. The applicant does an online search for “VA form 21a.” The form is completed and sent in to the Office of General Counsel in Washington DC.
An accredited representative is an individual who has undergone a formal application and training process and is recognized by VA as being capable of assisting claimants with their affairs before VA. Non-recognized organizations and individuals can provide information, but cannot be a representative.
