I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I reported this via live chat around 12:45 AM and it was resolved in about 10 mins or so. I was happy with the outcome.

Easy to use, saves time
Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot.
PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures and finalize documents all in one step, saves time!
It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

That i was able to fix and remove…
That i was able to fix and remove unwanted documents to send just what i needed. The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me

I use this to do my tenant leases
Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere!
I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents.
I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

How do you copy and paste a signature?
Place your cursor into the area of your post or email where you would want to add the signature. Right click, and select the option “paste” from the drop-down menu. This will append the text to the end of your message.
Is copying someone's signature illegal?
Perfectly legal to sign someone else's signature, with permission. Forgery is only a crime if the signing is with the intent to defraud. Now, if your signature is going to be notarized, it *is* a crime to pretend to be someone you are not.
Is it easy to forge a signature?
No, it is not possible to forge your own signature. If you sign your actual name, then it is not forging, it's just plain old signing.
How can I copy my handwriting?
Acquire a writing sample of the handwriting you wish to copy. Write out the message you want the person's handwriting to say on a separate sheet of paper. Compare your message to the writing sample. Copy the new message, letter for letter, on a new sheet of paper.

How do you certify a driver's license?
