I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

I only have one contract to fill out as a real estate agent...My contracts are months apart so only need one month of service. after the learning curve this program is fairly easy to finish my needs....

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.
