I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Accidently joined the annual membership and they promply refunded my money. Also it is very easy to use, well organized just like a pdf email box with several options available.

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. Not to mention I am saving money by not having to purchase any paper and more importantly I don't have to purchase any printer ink.

What do you like best?
Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.
What do you dislike?
Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

Great service for price and for my budget ... will learn more option i can use ... but for now i need to transfer my doc in PDF for protecting if sent and this is perfect for me :) Thank you for affordable service :)

Easy to import edit
Easy to import edit- wished I had this a long time ago! I was desperately trying to find a way to send my Doctor forms. Scanner/Printer was knocked out from the storm.
