The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

Well I am finding this to be quite convenient and plus having all types of forms, but since most things come in PDF I am loving it for my small business, I can duplicate the state tax for for each company and only fill in the "seller" info and that is so time saving! I think I am going to absolutely love this, its my first day here and already feel super pleased!

How do I copy a file and keep the date?
It's simple to move folders and directories and still preserving Creation Date. Just hold Shift and drag the folder to the new location (move command). Date Modified will be the present date but Date Created will retain the original date. Xcopy works fine for this.
How do I copy files without changing the date?
Press Windows key + R.
Input CMD and hit enter to open Command prompt. Click OK when Windows User Control pops up.
Type Robocop commands to copy files while preserving timestamp.
Does copy a file change the access time?
Moving a file or simply renaming it does not create a new file, and thus does not give the file a new creation time stamp. (Note: It is possible to end up with a file that has a modification time that's earlier than its creation time when you make a new copy of a file.)
Does Robocop change last accessed date?
Robocop works well, but it sets the last accessed date (“date accessed”) on the source files to the time of the copy. Strangely, the last accessed date on the target files is correct.
Why is created date later than modified?
”When the document is copied or is saved to a new location, a new file is created. This file is generated by a parent file that has the earlier “Modified” date. ... When you copy or re-save a document, the “Created” date is updated in the Statistics tab and in the General tab. However, the “Modified” date is not updated.”

What is the modified date on a file?
Hi Carolina, With regard to your concern, the Date Modified is actually the date when the file was created. It should not change when you send it. The created date is when the file was originally created and the modified date is from the last time you've modified the file.
