Thank you so much for the super prompt reply! I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

Select a cell that contains the drop-down list you want to copy. Copy the cell by pressing Ctrl + C or Right-click → Copy. Select the cells where you want to paste the drop-down list. Right-click, select paste special, click on Validation and press OK.
Open the worksheet contains the drop-down list you want to copy to Word document. Select the drop-down list cell and copy it by pressing the Ctrl + C keys simultaneously. Go to the Word document, click Home > Paste > Paste Special.
Step 1: First open your Word document and go to “File” and then click on “Options”. Step 2: Switch to the “customized Ribbon”. Go to “Choose command from” and select “Commands not in the ribbon” and then “Insert form field”. From “Drop Form Field Options” enter the drop-down menu items and click on Add.
Press F12, click arrow sign in developer tools and Select Dropdowns. Now you will see HTML source is selected in developer tools, right click and click copy Inner HTML option. For Chrome: Right Click on HTML Dropdowns, Select Inspect Element and In Developer Tools, you will see HTML source is selected.
Right-click on the page. Select view page source. Hit CTRL+f from windows or command+f if you are on Mac. Search for the any of the option from drop down list. Copy the whole block containing the drop-down options and paste it on notepad or notepad++ or any other editor of your choice.
