PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

This is the best site for PDF conversion
This is the best site that I have ever come across in terms of PDF converters and I highly recommend it. I was able to work on my piece for days with no fear of losing it, something which happens with some converters making you begin it afresh. What does unofficial transcript mean?
What does unofficial transcript mean? We define an unofficial transcript as any academic record you are in possession of, such as. A transcript issued to you. A record of your academic performance obtained from your institutions SIS portal.
Do unofficial transcripts show grades?
Unofficial transcripts display current and in-progress courses and final grades as they are submitted. Official transcripts do not display any pending coursework until after the fully-graded date for a particular term. Unofficial transcripts display transfer course details such as the prior letter grade earned.

It depends on how far your school is from your prospective institution and how they are able to receive it. If the school accepts electronic transcripts, it may take 24 to 48 hours.
