Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Pros: +Has a send to sign feature +Allows editing of PDF text +Add/Remove/Edit Fillable fields +Save forms as templates +Up to 5 users with the largest subscription Cons: -Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate -Limits merging to 5 PDFs -Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs) -Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple
What do you dislike?
Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed.
