I had some slight issues on my 1st…
I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

I've never had a tantrum using it...It makes my day much easier and saves me time and money!
I enjoy using PDF Filler. It is a valuable asset to my business. I'm able to sign, send and receive documents, receipts, invoices, you name it! They have a form for everything, and if they don't, they will find one for you!! This program is easy to use and I love how there is a record kept of everything I send.
I don't know how to re-use a form over and over without having to delete whats on it , so I can use it again. I wish there was an option to use a new one!!

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.
