You can copy or move data to a field in the same record or a different record. Select the contents of the field, then choose Edit menu > Copy or Cut. Display another record, if needed. Click the field to hold the data, then choose Edit menu > Paste.
To move multiple records, start by selecting the records you'd like to move. You can do this by clicking on the record number to the left. You can select a range of rows by clicking on one record number, holding shift, and then clicking on the last record number in the range you want to select.
In Air table, you can copy and paste several cells across many fields and records or just one at a time. Whenever you select one or more cells, press Cmd/Ctrl+C to copy them. To paste once, you only need to select a single cell as a starting point and press Cmd/Ctrl+V to paste.

We do not support linking records across bases at this time. A common workaround is to simply put all related tables into the same base. Here is a case study demonstrating how one Air table customer interlinks dozens of tables in a single Base. You can also copy and paste records from one base to another.
Air table is an amazing tool. It's a mix between a spreadsheet and a database. As a developer you get to create a database with a very nice to use interface, with the ease of use and editing of a spreadsheet, and you can easily update your records even from a mobile app.
To create a new view, click on the view switcher in the view bar, then click the “Grid” option under the “Create a new view” header. Once you've created your new view, you can name it, show/hide fields, filter out records, and order the records manually or through sorting.
The first step is to create a view for sharing. Then, click the share link button in the view bar. This will bring up an option to create a shareable grid, calendar, gallery, or kanban view link. Creating a view link will generate a URL which you can copy and paste.
