Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

Once you get used to the typing sequences - it is the bomb!!! DITTO but at first it is extremely frustrating & if do not use it on a regular basis - you always recall the truly pain in the ----- re this aspect.

This was the best PDF editor site I have seen thus far! It was so smooth and easy to use, as well as had multiple options to easily save and transfer the document without needing to convert everything back and forth!

This is a great programme - but as an individual, probably not quite what I wanted as it is a bit expensive for the odd document.

Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

At first I had difficulty understanding how to use PDF Filler maybe because the way the dashboard was set up was that there were too many icons that made it seem too overwhelming.
