Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. The interface of PDFfiller is simple and intuitive. I think that most people can sign up and start using PDFfiller without having to spend much time figuring things out. Once we load a PDF into the system, there are straightforward menu items and labels that help to fill out virtually any form from start to finish. I can save to PDF format with my filled-in information or print right from the PDFfiller website.
What do you dislike?
Anytime I post my information online, I get apprehensive about how my data is being used. Though I'm sure PDFfiller probably takes measures to keep our uploaded and saved documents secure, I just never know with all the malware and server attacks that often occur, in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some people probably don't want to hassle with putting their documents through a digitized system, but I think once you upload one form to PDFfiller, you'll see how intuitive the entire process and may possibly not print out documents to fill them out anymore.

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER
I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice.
Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office.
Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. I am quite impressed with the Support provided by Kara and by PDFFiller itself.

What do you like best?
Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF
What do you dislike?
The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.
