It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best?
The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.

Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

We have many documents that have to be changed constantly. Tax Exemption Forms, Charts and Invoices. This makes it very easy.

I like that I don not have to decide… I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

Data from one table can be copied into another by following these steps: Use the INSERT INTO statement and specify the destination as the new table. Use the SELECT statement to specify the columns to copy (select all if you want to copy the complete table) Use the WHERE statement to specify the table you want to copy.
Right-click the table you wish to duplicate, point to Script Table as, then point to CREATE to, and then select New Query Editor Window. Change the name of the table. Remove any columns that are not needed in the new table. Select Execute to create the new table.
In MySQL, the easiest way to copy a table with its data between two databases is to use the CREATE TABLE AS statement, but note, that you need to provide the target database name as a table prefix. CREATE TABLE copy_database. copy_table AS SELECT * FROM source_database.
If you want to copy the data of one SQL table into another SQL table in the same SQL server, then it is possible by using the SELECT INTO statement in SQL. The SELECT INTO statement in Structured Query Language copies the content from one existing table into the new table.
