IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN
I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey.
What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

Simple to use, the ability to save, update and reuse common forms is really helpful

detailed forms that only require minor changes can be saved as templates.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.

Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

How can we shift between different fields of the same record or between different records?
You can copy or move data to a field in the same record or a different record. Select the contents of the field, then choose Edit menu > Copy or Cut. Display another record, if needed. Click the field to hold the data, then choose Edit menu > Paste.
How do you copy on Air table?
In Air table, you can copy and paste several cells across many fields and records or just one at a time. Whenever you select one or more cells, press Cmd/Ctrl+C to copy them. To paste once, you only need to select a single cell as a starting point and press Cmd/Ctrl+V to paste.
How do I move an Air table record?
To move multiple records, start by selecting the records you'd like to move. You can do this by clicking on the record number to the left. You can select a range of rows by clicking on one record number, holding shift, and then clicking on the last record number in the range you want to select.

Is Air table free?
Is Air table free? Air table has both free and premium plans available. The usage limits for each are described on the pricing page at airtable.com/pricing. You can add as many collaborators and bases as you'd like for free, as long as each base falls below the per-base record limits described on the pricing page.
How do I create a view in Air table?
To create a new view, click on the view switcher in the view bar, then click the “Grid” option under the “Create a new view” header. Once you've created your new view, you can name it, show/hide fields, filter out records, and order the records manually or through sorting.
How do I link bases in Air table?
We do not support linking records across bases at this time. A common workaround is to simply put all related tables into the same base. Here is a case study demonstrating how one Air table customer interlinks dozens of tables in a single Base. You can also copy and paste records from one base to another.
How do I share an Air table base?
To share a whole base, open up the base share dialog by clicking the Share button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Once in the base share dialog, click on the option labeled “Create a shared link to the whole base” under the Shared base link header.
