Have been utilizing PDF Filler on my last 3 temp assignments and now purchased a 1 year subscription
Have been utilizing PDF Filler on my last 3 temp assignments and now purchased a 1 year subscription and the benefits are awesome except the price for the subscription is too high for someone that only uses this software weekly or biweekly!
being able to type into PDFs, upload easily, fax directly from my computer and send to sign feature. Have been utilizing PDF Filler on my last 3 temp assignments and now purchased a 1 year subscription. I also like the black out feature and the way the software notifies you when someone opens your emailed over or faxed documents.
The Price is way too much since i dont use it everyday like real software. Also, i bought a subscription and to use the advance features i have to pay more which is ridiculous since i already paid.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I find my completed AIMS certification?
You can contact the Independent Study Program's Customer Support Center at (301) 447-1200 or independent.study@fema.dhs.gov. One of our Customer Support Representatives will look up your student record, verify your course completion and issue you a certificate via email.
Where do I find my FEMA certificates?

How long does it take to get FEMA certificate?
When can I receive my certificate? EMI has implemented electronic certificates for all online test submissions. Upon successful completion, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days that confirms your transcript has been updated and a link to create your electronic certificate.
Do FEMA certifications expire?
Answer: Independent Study Program course certificates never expire. If you want to refresh your skills, you may retake the exam; however, our system will not re-score the exam and the original date of completion will remain on your certificate of completion.
What is the AIMS certification?
AIMS Credentials AIMS certifies individual skills against the national standards. The AIMS credentialing program requires that the candidate meet both performance and theory requirements. Both the performance and knowledge examinations are industry-designed and industry-piloted.
