It's great It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Avoiding Holdover Tenants Its best if you are able to avoid a holdover tenancy altogether. This way, you won't have to alter any of your rental business proceedings. You should remind your tenant that their lease is ending at least 60 days before the last day of the term.
If the tenant decides they do not want to renew the lease at the end of the term, they have the right to move out. It is generally accepted that tenants must give the landlord at least 30 days' notice prior to the date of lease termination.
After you do so, you're still responsible for making your next rent payment, but your lease terminates 30 days after your next payment is due. For example, if you give notice on December 15, you must pay rent on January 1, and your lease terminates on January 31.
Tenants should check their lease as some fixed-term lease agreements require tenants to provide notice if they plan to move out. However, the landlord does not have to agree to a new lease. The tenant must move out by the lease end date if the landlord does not agree to sign a new lease.
When your lease is up, you will have the chance to opt for a lease renewal, which means that at the end of your lease term, both you and your property manager agree to renew the lease.
Landlords have no general duty to allow tenants to renew their lease, and may choose not to renew for any reason, or even no reason at all. Similarly, a landlord can choose not to renew a lease simply because he does not like a tenant, but he may not refuse to renew a tenant's lease because she is an African-American.
When a lease ends, a tenant may choose to move, continue to pay rent as a month-to-month tenant, or sign a new lease. In a few states, if a tenant continues to pay rent after a lease expires and the landlord accepts the rent, the lease is automatically renewed.
The laws differ from state-to-state. For fixed term lease agreements the required notice time frames are: Northern Territory and Queensland: 14 days before lease ends. New South Wales: at least 14 days if the date is at the end of the tenancy agreement, or 21 days if the end date is after the fixed term.
