I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

It's MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN WONDERSHARE PDFelement 6! Which costs $$$$ more than PDFfiller. I could not use the Wondershare PDFelement 6 and got a refund. However if PdfFiller increases it's costs I will attempt to buy the Adobe program. It's not that I use pdf that often that I have to pay a monthly cost.

PDFfiller is a good value application for PDF file editing, filling and file management. My limited use of the application so far leaves a lot of its functionality to be discovered. However, it is very user friendly and simple to work with.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.
