I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! An Alternative To Adobe
Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions....
It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

Editable Template
I needed a template to create a one pager for a project and pdf filler was perfect for editing the document. I could even add pictures.

So far everything seems to be working effectively. Only had one inconvenience and that was when I tried printing and I kept getting a black block on the signature panel.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!
