PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database.
It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

The frequently used function buttons are placed on a easy-to-find position. The interface is neat and clear which is user-friendly. It is easy and simple to use.

Well it worked. But, I was tricked into the 30day trial by populating a document you do not own. I could have done this without needing an account albeit "free trial." I don't think I need this service full time. It's way too expensive for an infrequent user.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.
